DKZ Properties and our partners have built a team of trusted contractors and vendors. There is no secret recipe to this, just years of trial and error!
We have over the last few years successfully developed a large number of projects both for our investors and for our own investment.
Town-home construction has become our specialty, as it satisfies a strong market need for affordable housing in Houston.
On the construction side the scale of projects helps to keep costs reasonable, allowing us to provide attractive returns to investors.
We have also completed a number of rehab flips, from flood properties through to high end custom homes, even in a historic district.
